It is human nature, this need
to understand, to know.
Knowledge being the power
that catapulted us into
world dominance.
In order to comprehend,
names are assigned,
numbers generated, and
formulae created, defining
everything, so we can wrap
our heads around it.
In the event of
utter perplexity we
theorise, hypothesise,
at times we have been known
to simply make things up,
and don’t get me started
on interpretations.
And as we proudly present
our accumulated data,
God shrugs good-naturedly,
and Infinity suppresses a giggle.

Eloquent, and the end brought a needed smile. : ).
I love, love, love that you joined the challenge. It will be good to stimulate Patrick’s deep heart and mind. Infinity has been “Buzz”ing in my head all week, and I can’t make it stop. Dang Disney. ❤️

I love this so much. It is gorgeous. One great thing about perplexity is that it is often the point at which we succumb to a burning desire for resolution, a thirst for answers and a form of inspiration that drives the passion for creativity.
Could it be that God’s hiding place is at the point of infinity? He is shrugging good-naturedly while infinity giggles? Amazing!
